Who can buy from the Xflicks site?
Adults over the age of 18, for personal use only.
If I live in UK can I legally order films from Xflicks?
Yes, you are entitled to order R18 and unclassified videos and DVDs so long as they are for your personal use only. For mail order purposes, adult movies must be supplied from outside the UK. All films ordered from Xflicks are supplied from The Netherlands therefore, if you live in the UK you are fully entitled to purchase videos and DVDs from the site.
Which countries do you deliver to?
We deliver to the UK, which includes Northern Ireland, the Channel Islands and the Isle of Man and also to Europe. For the complete list of European territories, click Create An Account and view the drop-down Country menu.
Do you deliver to territories outside Europe?
We are currently negotiating shipping rates for other territories. If you are based outside Europe then please email xteam@xflicks.co.uk with your requirements.
Are all the movies hardcore?
Yes, all our movies are sexually explicit and contain full penetration, blow jobs, cum shots etc. Movie content ranges from extreme, multiple penetration to solo masturbation. Read the film synopsis and xkicks to find out which sex acts feature in a movie.
Does R18 mean the films are edited?
In UK all films must be classified by The British Board of Film Classification (BBFC). R18 is their classification certificate for explicit, adult movies. R18s feature full hardcore but will not contain non-consensual, violent or illegal sex acts. The majority of R18 movies on Xflicks have been classified uncut.

How do I order?
1. Find the product you require
2. Click add to basket then continue shopping or proceed to checkout
3. At this point if you are a new customer you will need to Join Xflicks. You will only need to complete this form ONCE
If you are an returning customer click Log In details
4. Once you have logged in or joined you will be taken to the checkout page. Check that ALL the details on the Checkout page are correct including your delivery and billing address. Use the EDIT MY ADDRESSES button to change your delivery or billing address.
5. If you have a discount voucher, write the code in the box and press enter.
6. Click the tick box agreeing to our Terms and Conditions
7. Click Confirm Order
8. Fill out your credit / debit card details
9. Click Yes, I confirm my order
10. You will then be required to enter your Verified by Visa or MasterCard SecureCode password. If you do not already have a password you will be required to set one up during the payment process. Verified by Visa and MasterCard SecureCode are added security measures and will protect you against unauthorised use of your card. 11. Your payment will be pre-authorised and the page will display your Authorisation Reference. Full payment will not be taken from your account until your order is dispatched.
12. Our payment service provider, Ogone will email you acknowledgement of your credit / debit card pre-authorisation status.
13. Xflicks will email you an order confirmation.
14. You can check the status of your order at any time by clicking on View Order History.

15. When your order has been dispatched you will receive a final email from Xflicks with confirmation of your credit / debit card payment.

What if I don't want to order online?
How do I change my order or delete an item from my basket?
Once you are at checkout, if you decide you want to change your order, go back to the previous page and click the bin icon next to the title you wish to remove from your shopping cart. This will delete that title from your basket. Please note if you have more than one copy of the same film in your basket, if you click the bin icon next to that title it will delete all copies of the film. You may then continue shopping or proceed to checkout.
What if I have changed my contact details?
If you are a member, click Edit My Account. To get there Log In click My Account then Edit My Account. Change your email address and any other incorrect details and click update account.
If you are not a member but have subscribed to our newsletter, please email newsletter@xflicks.co.uk to unsubscribe your old email address. Then go to the Subscribe box on the homepage and add your new email address.
What if I have forgotten my password?
Go to Forgotten Password. Enter your registered email address. Xflicks will then send you an email containing your password.
How can I find my order reference?
Your order reference will be emailed to you when you place an order. It is also stored in View Order History.

How long will it take to receive my goods?
All goods are sent from The Netherlands.
Delivery will be 7 to 10 working days from when you placed your order.
For UK orders, delivery is generally 2-3 days after your dispatch confirmation email
For other European orders, delivery is generally 3-5 days after your dispatch confirmation email.

I've ordered a few films but only received one?
Each movie is sent out individually. For example, if you have ordered three films you will receive three separate packages.
Can I track my order online?
You can view the status of your order on Your Account. To get there, go to Log In and click Your Account
Under Status:
‘new’ means your order has been logged and your payment has been pre-authorised
‘processing’ means your order has been transferred to our warehouse
‘dispatched’ means your order has been sent and payment taken
How much is postage and packaging?
Xflicks offers FREE postage and packaging on ALL orders.
Do you deliver in plain packaging?
Your film will be posted in a discreet, plain, strong cardboard package. ‘Xflicks’ will NOT appear on the outside of the packaging.
What if there’s a problem with my order?
Xflicks will notify you via email if there is a problem with your order. You can view the status of all orders in View Order History.
To get there, go to Log In click My Account then View Order History.
What if my goods are damaged or faulty when I receive them?
In the unlikely event of goods being damaged or faulty you need to email returns@xflicks.co.uk quoting your order reference, within 7 working days of receipt. Then return the goods to the Xflicks mailing address listed under Contact. Please include your order reference and your full contact details with the goods. You will need to pay for return postage and it is advisable to obtain proof of postage. Once Xflicks has received the goods and verified the defect, we will offer you a replacement, a substitute title or a full refund.
What is your refund / cancellation policy?
You can return goods within 7 working days of receipt for a refund or exchange. First, contact Xflicks by email, fax or letter see Contact quoting your order reference. Goods MUST be returned in their original packaging, unopened with the shrink-wrap intact and sent to the Xflicks mailing address in The Netherlands. Please include your order reference and your full contact details with the goods. You will need to pay for postage and it is advisable to obtain proof of postage. A refund or exchange will be made within 30 days of your notification, subject to Xflicks receiving the goods. If we cannot exchange a film, we will offer you an alternative title or a refund.
What if the film doesn’t work with my equipment?
You cannot exchange a title just because it is not compatible with your DVD or VHS player. Please make sure you read the product description carefully before placing your order.

What credit / debit card can I use?
We accept any credit or debit card carrying the Visa or MasterCard / Eurocard logo. We are currently negotiating other means of payment.
What will appear on my credit / debit card statement?
When you buy from Xflicks, the transaction will appear on your statement as Indumedia Europe BV.
Is it safe to use my credit / debit card on the site?

We use VeriSign Certificated, SSL encryption on our secure payment server. For more information view Security Statement. When you are asked to enter your credit card number, you can verify that you are in a secure area thanks to a number of security features. Firstly, the web address will start with "https" (as opposed to "http") and you will be able to see a closed padlock or key in the bottom right hand corner of your browser window.
Please do not email your credit or debit card details to Xflicks as this is not a secure means of payment.
What is Verified by Visa / MasterCard SecureCode?
As an added security measure and fraud deterrent, Xflicks employs the use of Verified By Visa and MasterCard SecureCode which protects you against the fraudulent use of your credit card online. This system requires that you confirm your identity, by means of a password when using your credit card online. If your credit card is supported by Verified by Visa or MasterCard SecureCode you will be required to enter your password as part of the Xflicks payment process. If you do not already have a password, you will be required to set one up during the payment process. Your password can by used every time you use your registered credit card on participating online sites.
What if I don't want to order online?
You can pay for your order by post, using a credit or debit card. In Checkout click Order By Post this will display your order form. Please complete the payment section, print the order form and post it Xflicks. The contact details are listed at the top of the form. Once Xflicks receives your order we will email you confirmation, take payment, dispatch the goods and notify you in the usual way.
What is the currency of the site?
The currency displayed is determined by the IP address of the computer used to view the site. For example, if your IP address is identified as originating from the UK then the currency displayed on the site will be GBP. When you create your account the billing country you select will determine the currency displayed to you when you log in. For example, if your billing country is The Netherlands, when you log in all prices will be displayed in Euros irrespective of your IP address.
Why can’t my goods be delivered to another country?
To protect ourselves from online credit card fraud we can only deliver goods within the billing address country.
Why can't I change my billing country to or from the UK?
If your account has been set up in the UK and you move outside the UK you will need to set up a new account with Xflicks. If you move to the UK from mainland Europe you will also need to set up a new account. This is because the country of your billing address determines the currency of your account and this cannot be changed.
USING THE SITE
How do I search for a title?
If you know which film you want then type the title or part of the title into the search box which appears in the top left of every page. If you are looking for sex acts, film styles or type of performers go to xkicks. For movies starring a particular star, click on porn stars; or for films to suit different viewing tastes go to xplain. If you want to view our entire catalogue of titles, click the DVD or VHS tabs and the movies are listed alphabetically.
Why are new releases only available on DVD?
VHS is a dying format and the big studios are no longer releasing new productions on VHS therefore all our new releases will be DVD only. The site will be updated every few days with new DVD releases.
How do I find movies starring my favourite porn star?
Go to Porn Stars for an A – Z list of all the stars. Click on a name for insider information and a list of films.
Will pop-ups appear if I use the site?
Xflicks does NOT use pop-ups anywhere on the site. Xflicks pop-ups will NOT appear on your computer after you have used the site.
How do I watch the trailers?
To view hardcore trailers, you need to Join Xflicks.
To view a list of all the trailers, go to view all trailers and click on the Play Trailer icon . Or view trailers by clicking on the play trailer icon in the product description page.
If you do not use Microsoft Internet Explorer you will get the following error message when you try to view trailers - “The source filter for this file could not be loaded”. All you need to do is right click on the play trailer icon then select the Save Link As and save the trailer to you desktop. Double click the saved link on your desktop and you will be able to view the trailer from there. Once you have finished viewing, delete the link.

If you are still unable to view trailers Save Link to your desktop and view the trailer from there. Once you have finished viewing, delete the link.

To Join Xflicks click here. Once you are a member you can Recommend a Friend and get an extra discount. Enter their email address in to the Recommend a Friend section on the Home Page. We will email your friend, telling them all about Xflicks and quoting you as the recommender. If your friend purchases any goods, you will be given a 20% discount voucher for your next order.
